Bastion Limited Warranty

Bastion warrants Bastion No. 01 against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the full terms, exclusions, and claim instructions of the Bastion Limited Warranty.

Because the Founder's Edition is limited to 510 total units, exact replacement may not be available. At Bastion's discretion, approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement with a comparable item when available, or refund.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear from use.
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, patina, or finish changes.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, corrosion, or improper storage.
  • Damage from prying, twisting, striking, throwing, batoning, or use outside normal cutting tasks.
  • Damage from modification, unauthorized disassembly, or improper sharpening.
  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Care Ritual

  • Oil. Light synthetic oil on the pivot seasonally.
  • Clean. Wipe dry after use. Avoid harsh solvents.
  • Sharpen. Match the factory edge. Strop to finish.
  • Use correctly. Use as a cutting tool only. Do not pry, twist, strike, throw, modify, or disassemble.

Founder's Registry

Each Bastion No. 01 Founder's Edition knife carries a serialized record. The registry helps connect each knife to its owner, finish, unit number, and service history.
