These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bastion Collective website (bastionkc.com) and the purchase of products from Bastion Collective LLC ("Bastion," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

By purchasing from Bastion, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products in your jurisdiction
You will use the product responsibly and lawfully

Bastion does not provide legal advice regarding knife laws. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local regulations.

2. Product Information

We strive to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

Minor variations in finish, texture, and color may occur
Serialized numbers are assigned at fulfillment and cannot be selected
Product photography may differ slightly from the final production unit

All products are sold subject to availability.

3. Limited Production & Serialization

Bastion products may be limited-run and individually serialized.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders suspected of bulk purchasing or resale intent
Limit quantities per customer
Refuse service at our discretion

Serialized items may not be exchanged for specific serial numbers unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes
Refuse or cancel suspicious transactions

Payment must be received before shipment.

5. Shipping

Bastion ships to United States addresses only. Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Bastion is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

Limited-run and serialized products are subject to inspection upon return.

7. Warranty

Bastion products are intended as tools and must be used responsibly.

The Bastion No. 01 Founder's Edition is covered by the Bastion Collective LLC Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the knife. The warranty is non-transferable and subject to its full terms and exclusions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bastion shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
Loss of profits or business interruption

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, product names, and images, is the property of Bastion Collective LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Reproduce or exploit content without permission

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
