Thank you for purchasing from Bastion Collective. We take care in packing and shipping every order.
Where We Ship
Bastion Collective ships from Kansas City, Missouri. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing
In-stock web orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the date stated on their product page. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.
Arrival Inspection
Inspect your order promptly on delivery. Report visible shipping damage, cosmetic issues, or order-condition issues within 7 days of delivery to hello@bastionkc.com with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials.
Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Bastion Collective is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, packages marked as delivered but not located, or shipping issues caused by incorrect address entry. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier directly first.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we can reship at additional shipping cost, or issue a refund minus shipping and any carrier fees once the item is returned and inspected.
Limited Run and Serialization
Because Bastion Collective products are limited-run and individually serialized, replacement units may not be available if a shipment is lost or damaged. In such cases, resolution may be limited to a refund if inventory is unavailable.
