Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some Bastion Collective items are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order means the item has not shipped yet and will be fulfilled on or around a stated date.

What You Are Buying

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page with an expected ship window. Current pre-order: Founders Edition T-Shirt, expected to ship December 2026.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken at the time you place the order, not at fulfillment. Your order confirmation email states the expected ship date.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason, for a full refund. Email hello@bastionkc.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and issue the refund to your original payment method.

Once the item ships, the pre-order becomes a normal order and our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

If the Ship Date Changes

If the expected ship date moves, we will email you with the new date. You may cancel for a full refund at that point, or keep your place in the run.

If We Cannot Fulfill

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will cancel it and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
